Who we are

Ekya Konnect Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your name and email address. Nothing else is collected before launch.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on the waitlist form.

Recipients and hosting

Your data is stored in Supabase in the eu-west-1 region, Dublin. Application compute is pinned to Vercel dub1, also in the EU. We do not transmit your personal data to AI or LLM providers.

Retention

Waitlist records are kept for 24 months. Inactive accounts are removed after 36 months. Audit logs are kept for 7 years.

Solicitor TODOTODO CONFIRM: retention periods (waitlist 24 months, inactive accounts 36 months, audit logs 7 years) are proposed defaults recovered from a deleted plan, not settled policy.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may object to processing or ask for it to be restricted.
